Webber made key decisions in forging the ActivityPub protocol (the language of Mastodon, Lemmy, Peertube, et alia).

What counts as ‘decentralized’ seems obvious, or intuitive, but the disagreement here prompts some sharp-lines, and Webber gives excellent clear-cut examples of scaling.
